The room was average, pretty clean, clean linens and clean towels. The bed was pretty hard and the shower was tiny; not a lot of room to move and wash your hair. The water was also very finicky either scolding hot or cold. The hotel itself was in a great location; walkable to centro storico. It was also a safe and secured entry. The staff was very pleasant and even showed us to our room/showed us how to work the lights/etc. Breakfast was super minimal with only pastries and coffee but the pastries were fresh and I could smell them in the morning through our room. They do not allow any food in the room which is strange but it didn’t affect us since we were only staying one night. Overall this was a fine place to stay for one night.

This hotel is comfortable and clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very near the central train station. While our room was spacious and comfortable, the door to an adjoining suite allowed so much noise - we could hear the neighbours as if they were in our room. Additionally, we were given a mini-bar price list, but no actual fridge in the room. They also have a rule of not bringing any food back to your room! The safe also did not work. There was a split of AC/heat, a large closet and desk. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast started at 8am. It consisted of very tasty pastries, yoghurt, and cereal in a nicely decorated room by reception. I would recommend the hotel as a clean, comfortable place to stay but definitely minimalist. And perhaps other rooms are better sound-proofed than ours was...

This was a unique, yet very comfortable room, albeit a short stay for us. The only drawback is finding the location. It's not obviously apparent where you are going given its not a regular hotel, but in a private residence, and is difficult when you are not familiar with the location (and we showed up later in the night). Once there, though, we were very pleased with the room and we'll worth the price. Staff was friendly and helpful.

La chambre est assez grande mais l’accueil est froid. Le nom de l’hĂŽtel est diffĂ©rent que sur hĂŽtels.com je suis restĂ© Ă  l’extĂ©rieur pendant de longues mn Ă  chercher comment accĂ©der jusqu’à une voisine m’aide. La rĂ©ception ferme Ă  21h. Un couple d’espagnols sont arrivĂ©s vers 22h et c’était impossible Ă  eux d’y accĂ©der. Il a fallu qu’ils rĂ©servent un autre hĂŽtel car personne rĂ©pondait au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est juste le strict minimum. L’entourage de l’hĂŽtel est trĂšs sale. Je reviendrai pas. Ça ressemble plus Ă  un hĂŽtel 2 Ă©toiles.

Loved that it was close to a main shopping area, did not love the street that it was on, garbage everywhere, homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk. The room itself was small, but clean and served its purpose.

Die Lage der Unterkunft und die Freundlichkeit und BemĂŒhtheit der Mitarbeiter waren eindeutig die positiven Aspekte unseres Aufenthalts. Leider entsprach das Zimmer selbst nicht den Erwartungen: Es wirkte abgewohnt, die WĂ€nde waren verschmutzt und die Jalousie war zu kurz, um das Fenster vollstĂ€ndig abzudecken. Im Badezimmer war die Duschkabine nur provisorisch mit einem Duschvorhang instandgesetzt, und das Holz des Waschtischs war aufgeweicht und machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck bot eine ĂŒberschaubare aber gute Auswahl von frischen Croissants und anderem GebĂ€ck sowie Heiß und KaltgetrĂ€nke.

Séjour décevant à Naples

J’ai passĂ© une nuit dans cet hĂŽtel et l’expĂ©rience n’a pas Ă©tĂ© Ă  la hauteur de mes attentes. Les chambres sont trĂšs petites et mal insonorisĂ©es, avec en plus plusieurs portes condamnĂ©es donnant directement sur la chambre, ce qui est assez dĂ©rangeant. Le climatiseur Ă©tait extrĂȘmement bruyant, rendant le repos difficile. Concernant le petit dĂ©jeuner prĂ©sentĂ© comme un buffet, il se rĂ©sumait en rĂ©alitĂ© Ă  quelques viennoiseries et du cafĂ©, sans aucun choix variĂ©, surtout du cĂŽtĂ© salĂ©. MĂȘme si l’emplacement est idĂ©al, en plein centre de la ville, je ne recommande pas cet hĂŽtel compte tenu du manque de confort et de la qualitĂ© des services proposĂ©s.

Fint och nyrenoverat. Dock extremt lyhört. Blev vÀckta tidigt pÄ morgonen av grannarna hade vuxenlekar. LÀt som om de lÄg i samma rum. SÄ det var sÄ lÄngt ifrÄn ljudisolerat som det bara gÄr.
