It was a beautiful hotel with attentive and friendly staff. Our room was excellent with a small balcony to view the port and castle. The Skytop lounge in the evening is a must! Excellent vantage point for sunset over the port and Mt Vesuvius to the east.

Outstanding staff throughout the property. Food services are excellent. The breakfast options were enormous; the roof top bar experience a reason in itself to stay; and the chef for the main dining room prepares creative and exceptionally prepared meals. The staff were particularly helpful, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar. A generous breakfast that includes options for vegetarians. It's a bit out of the centre, so either a taxi ride or bit of a walk to get to the main attractions of the town. For example, it took us about 45 minutes to walk to the National Archeological Museum.
