Rooftop terrace “closed” despite their advertising. Bartender refused to make half of the drinks on the menu. Loud, rave music blasting all night we can hear from our room. Their taxi driver scammed us, after the hotel told us it would be an exact $21.00 for a 5 minute ride and the taxi driver made us pay $30. Still waiting on that refund!

Lovely hotel with everything that was expected. Spacious rooms, ours had a great view of Vesuvius. Breakfast and restaurant, Lapillo was good staff excellent and the spa was amazing (at extra cost). The only thing that lets this hotel down is as others have said, its location, which is in the industrial area. The hotel does offer a free shuttle service into the centre and bay though.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is friendly and always smiling. The surroundings are peaceful, yet the city center is just a short taxi ride away. On top of that, the breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend!

Staff was vert kind and helpful made us feel welcomed, they were very friendly. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. Hotel is modern, very clean, comfortable bed. Our room was very large, and exceptionally clean, we even had a bicycle and a set of weights for exercising right inside our room!. We arrived at midnight from Positano, and our check in and check out was hassle free. We had to catch an early flight the next morning. The front desk staff was very professional and they reserved a reliable taxi which came right on time at 7:30 am to pick us up to go to the airport. The bellman came to help us with the luggage. Hotel highlights: Very clean, quiet, well organized, great city views from the terrace, appliances were working well, and enjoyed a cup of hot instant coffee. Shower was in excellent condition, bathroom very clean, air conditioner worked impeccably. Outside the hotel the area is a bit sketchy, but inside the hotel I felt very safe plus the location is very convenient for reaching the airport by taxi, it cost 22 euros from hotel to airport, and is only about 10 minutes away!. I recommend this hotel very highly, we would definitely comeback !

Excellent hotel, excellent service ( shout out to Mauro and Giovanni). Enjoy the experience at this hotel, one of the best experience in Italy so far. Hotel is little far from the centre but it provides free shuttle services which is a huge plus. Thanks Mauro again for driving us to and from the city centre

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were large, modern, and very clean, which made for a comfortable experience. The staff was kind and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the restaurant—it was both beautiful and delicious, and our server stood out as being genuinely proud and passionate about his work, which made the meal even more enjoyable. One disappointment was that the photos make it look like there is an outdoor pool, but there actually isn’t, which was misleading. The location also feels a bit sketchy, though it’s very convenient for getting to the Naples airport. Overall, a great choice for comfort, service, and dining—just keep in mind the lack of a pool and the surroundings.

Fantastic hotel, we stay here whenever visiting Naples. The area is known to be dodgy but it's quiet. The hotel provides a regular return shuttle service into the historic centre. It's just a few minutes drive away. Don't let location put you off, just remember to reserve shuttle spaces.
