This home was absolutely perfect for our entire family. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for all ages. The layout made it easy for everyone to spend time together without feeling crowded, and the amenities covered everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home, making our time together even more special. The owners were truly exceptional throughout our stay. They were always easy to reach, responding quickly and helpfully to any questions we had. Their friendliness stood out right away—they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had the best experience possible. It was clear they took pride in their property and in being attentive hosts, going above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable for our family. We will definitely be back!

Great stay all around!

This house was so family friendly and comfortable! It is in a great location with a short walk to the pools, playground, tennis & pickleball courts. The house was stocked with everything we needed including laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toiletries, children's supplies & coffee/tea. It was so helpful to have a pack & play, high chair, toys, books, & kids silverware. The hosts were super responsive and it is clear they take pride in their rental. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation & would recommend this home to anyone!

Excellent!

My family of 4 (19m old and 5 year old) stayed for 10 days and my sister’s family stayed for 5 of those (3 year old and 6 year old). There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t already at the house. From toys to appliances to laundry detergent - everything was there! The hosts were very generous providing coffee, tea, and cleaning supplies. The kids would enjoy playing with the toys or a good game of hide and seek with excellent hiding spaces in the large closets! The adults enjoyed the other games or just resting on the super comfortable couch! The grill is excellent, we used it almost every day! There were ample kitchen utensils, pots, pans for all of our cooking needs. On the days where weather permitted us to go to the beach, we really enjoyed Delnor Wiggins Pass beach and our trip was made easy with the beach wagon, chairs, sand toys, etc that are in the garage. Coming back from the beach, the huge walk in shower was perfect for a refreshing shower (the floor does get slippery, though). At bed time, there were interesting children’s books (Clark the Shark was a personal favorite!). If I have to be extremely nit picky - the pillows could have been more comfortable to go with the extremely comfortable beds! We did have a minor issue with some ants, but Gabe was super responsive and offerred a solution immediately. Also, the growing pineapple in the back was a major attraction for our kids as was the mango tree by the pool! (We’re from Chicago). We loved our stay!

Great for young kids

This property is well-stocked for young kids. The pack n play was the extra big kind. There were some toys, kid books, lots of outdoor equipment, even some unopened food staples in the pantry. Also, fyi, the primary bedroom has large closets with plenty of room for the pack n play, if you don’t want a baby sleeping across the house… The park is an easy walk away and has a cute playground, heated pool, basketball, and tennis/pickleball. Excellent communication with the owners. Would recommend if you have little kids.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood

We had an excellent time at briarwood. The owner’s instructions were great and it had a wonderful pool within walking distance. What else does a a family of four need?! How about beach toys for fun in the sun and board games for when it rains? They really thought of everything.

Convenient Location, Great Neighborhood!!!

This property was perfect for 2 small families. Spacious house. Great neighborhood with amenities. A convenient location to the Fort Myers RSW airport, to downtown Naples, to the grocery store, to the coffee shop, to the restaurants, and to the beaches!!! I would definitely stay here again!!!

We all really enjoyed staying at this property and all the lovely extras were a real bonus. I only have one point and that is the cleaning company being used is not the best. We have had many years experience renting and no new rentee wants to see evidence of the previous tentee. Eg washing left in drier, dirty pots in cupboard and finger prints all over the glass doors

Naples Vacation

Gabe and Jill were wonderful host. The house was great. Had everything you would need plus more. They responded right away to any questions and requests. Met some wonderful people there. Played pickleball every morning with a group there. Everyone was very friendly. The pool area was very nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great neighborhood and amenities

Loved the neighborhood, pools, pickle ball courts, and playground. The huge screened porch was ideal for remote work and school. The gates were no issue with ordering food and grocery deliveries! The kids enjoyed the sports equipment available for use.

Family friendly

Excellent family friendly VRBO. It was well stocked with kid friendly items and made for a great vacation. The owners were great when communicating about visitors to use the pickleball courts.
