Was a cozy and intimate weekend retreat with their breakfast in their indoor window enclosed lanai that had beautiful outdoor ambiance as well as kind staff and quiet neighborhood. Very close to beautiful beaches as well as stores and restaurants yet felt like a hidden gem. Will make this a regular hotel destination for sure!

If you value your health, comfort, and customer service, I strongly advise staying quite literally anywhere else, including your car. The room we were booked in was absolutely disgusting. Visible mold, and a mustiness that was so bad it made it hard to breath. They had windows open and could see into other units, and they had commercial dehumidifiers in them. This is clearly an issue the property is struggling with, and failing to handle properly. My lady and I spent about 5 minutes in the room before deciding we couldn’t sleep in there, it was that bad. When we asked for a refund, not only were we denied, they were extraordinarily rude about it. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but this was so terrible that I want to save my fellow travelers from suffering the same fate I did. I work in mold remediation, and know what I’m looking at. This place should be shut down, as it’s a clear hazard to the poor souls who unknowingly pay to stay there.

This Inn is a hidden gem, if I drove by I most likely would not have stopped not that the property looks bad from the outside just older and I normally look at hotels and not inns. But I researched before I booked, looking for something reasonably priced with decent reviews, as I was only planning a quick stay for an event I was going to. We were not disappointed. The rooms are comfortable, on the smaller side but all you really need for a quick stay. The grounds are very tranquil and quiet, despite being just off a busier road, nice pool area and plenty of outdoor seating areas to relax. Breakfast pavilion was nice and offered a continental breakfast with many on the go options. If I visit Naples again Inwould definitely stay again.
