Elegant Luxury 4/3 House

Welcome! The home has a media area with a large-screen TV, a lanai with pool, full kitchen and dining area with seating for 8, and a small office/breakfast nook.There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the house: A Master suite, an in-law suite, and two smaller rooms to the front that share the remaining bathroom. The lanai contains has a pool grill and dining seating all contained in a screened enclosure. During your stay, feel free to use the amenity center of the community.
NO smoking in the HOUSE, GARAGE and LANAI.
Do NOT sit on house furniture with sunscreen or wet clothes.
Do NOT move the house furniture. Or any inside furniture outdoors or into the lanai.
Do NOT allow pets on furniture or use house linens, blankets etc. as bed for pets.
We do require you to sign a vacation rental agreement and Esplanade Lease application prior to your stay. Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes is a gated community and you will NOT be allowed entry without these forms be completed. Therefore, we will ask for your email to deliver the forms.

Wonderful experience! We hope to come back.

The house was beautiful, clean, well-supplied with everything we needed. We loved the pool, lanai and outdoor kitchen which we used daily. Keith, the manager, was very accommodating and responsive to our question and needs.

Our stay at your home was simply fantastic! Nestled in a vibrant community with endless activities, the spacious and sunlit home offered the perfect retreat. From leisurely poolside lounging to exploring the nearby dog park, every moment was filled with enjoyment. Keith's professionalism and hospitality truly stood out, making us eager to return for another unforgettable experience. We highly recommend renting from him for a delightful getaway! Additionally, the attention to detail and amenities provided in the home exceeded our expectations. From the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, every corner was thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Whether we were gathering for meals or unwinding after a day of adventure, the ambiance was always inviting.
