Located 550 meters from the Mergellina metro station (Line 2), which provides easy access to other areas of Naples and the Central Station, and 900 meters from the funicular, it is perfectly situated for comfortably exploring the city.



The 80-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator and is laid out as follows:



- Open-concept kitchen with a dining table and a fully equipped cooking area featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, and conventional oven

- Living room with a double sleeper sofa, table, split-system A/C, and smart TV

- Bedroom with a double bed, clothes rack, closet on the loft (please be CAREFUL when using the ladder to access it), and en suite bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and bathtub

- Second bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall

- Balcony.
