Room was clean but more attention should be paid to moldy shower area and baseboards. Very random but a dead pigeon was found on our balcony, poor thing looked like it had been there for a minute. It was cleaned as soon as I walked in and saw it. NO Amenities. No food can be purchased in Caruso and you are not allowed to eat food brought in from outside, so I guess you cannot eat in your living quarters while in Naples. Also, there was no mention of the 20 or so steps you have to carry your suitcases up to get to front desk. Airport shuttle was also difficult and looks like I was charged 20Euro more than what is stated here in Expedia. Overall, nice location with a view but not worth 400 Euro a night.

We only stayed one night while transferring through Naples on our way to Florence. The place was very nice but be aware the bedroom area does not have a door in case privacy is a concern. There were a few loud voices in the night outside that woke us up, but seems to be normal for the area. The bed was firm but comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Overall it suited our needs.

Second stay. Because we were familiar, it was easy to find. For first/timers, this may be a challenge due to poor signage. On Toledo, go to Big Green door, use the Call Directory on right side. The room was great. Clean, helpful staff, and would stay here again.
