We just needed a place to stay last minute before a very early flight. The place was good what stood out is the man running it. He was just amazing! So nice! Got my wife coffee at 3:30 am and had a taxi waiting and ready to go when we needed to leave. Maybe the nicest person we met our entire trip to Italy!

All we needed was a bed before an early flight and it gave us that. The staff was nice and helpful but the bed was hard, the towels were threadbare and there was no hot water. The wifi was also not working and the room itself was very noisy.

The staff are super nice and kind, the facility looks nice, but the room smelled as if 10 people were smoking there. They put two air fresheners that we had to put outside because it was overwhelming. They gave us an outside room so if you book there make sure is not room 16, old, smelly and dingy. But you get what you pay for… again, the staff is great!

The receptionist, Martina, was incredibly helpful and provided top-notch hospitality. Unfortunately, there was no AC, and it was a bit noisy due to its proximity to the tram track. Overall, we still considered it a good hotel given the conditions of the city of Naples.
