The expansive lanai breathtaking views of the Gulf, Marco River, and Tigertail Beach. vibrant neighborhood offers fantastic, including a large pool, hot tub, fitness center, social area, and tennis courts. The condo rents monthly by the calendar month.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
$150 Application Fee
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
