The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean, with ample towels and toiletries. The staff were super kind, accommodating and helpful. There was a common area with drinks that you could pay for. Highly recommend it.

Sabrina at the front desk was excellent and prior to our arrival communication through WhatsApp with us with information, instructions to get to the property and the rail system in Italy as well. The room was excellent, just as you see it online, nice an cool and very comfortable. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book with them again when we return to Napoli. Thank you,

More than a hotel is a room service. Is a small flat with rooms, easy to walk around. They have outside water and coffe. This is not a Hotel but is ok to be there.

The rooms are big and okay. But the way to the room is full of obstacles and doors and keys. If you are traveling with children or luggage I would stay away. The elevator starts only after 8-9 staris. The elevator is very small and very old with wooden doors and bars like in 1800 for me it was complicated I had to do 3 rounds until I got all the things up to the room and then again keys keys keys

Not really clean. There is no security nor staff at the place. The stairs are very slippery, the person I was travelling with fell. At night, two different groups of boys were staying there and were extremely loud at night, no one from the staff came to see what was happening. We did not sleep during the entire trip because of that. We did not feel safe. The only “good” thing of this place is its location, but it is not worth it.

The property is old . The room itself is really nice but the elevator to get up to the room is super small it took me and my family 3 trips to get our luggage up . Be aware that the room has no fridge . There is a shared fridge on the lobby area for all guests to use
