This place is a scam. Not even sure it really exists. As I was already at the airport waiting for my flight to Naples I receive a text message from a "Renato" letting me know that the room is not available, and offering me something else I have never seen in downtown instead. He said it was either that or I should cancel the reservation, which I proceeded to do. Luckily I manage to find a much better accommodation at a good rate nearby. 3 weeks later, and Expedia let's me know that " We regret to inform you that B&B Ai baretti will not be able to provide a refund on this booking. They have denied penalty waiver as per the policy. In accordance to the hotel’s policy, a full penalty will be charged and no refund would be initiated." Outrageous. Of course, the charge has already been cancelled in my credit card and I'll be now seeking legal action on top of that. But beware! Its crooks we're dealing with here.
