Do not Stay at appartments with this provider

The appartment I booked in for a family of 4 turned out that it didnt have air conditioning. The only appartment in their range that didnt. They provided us with 2 old fans that hardly work and were so dirty all you were getting is dust. THe area wasnt safe. The company wouldnt help in any form except do another book which I was forced to given that in August Naples temp range between 32-36 degrees. You cant stay in an appartment without air con unless you want to die of dehydration. I had to pay 550EUR for an appartment with Air con. After paying and walking to the next appartmnet. We were told that it doesnt have Lifts. You go through small door that doesnt fit a dog and we were booked in second floor. The appartment was bacically a breakup of a house in to several appartments. The Aircond hardly provided any air. Room was filthy and the beds were dirty and had BED BUGS. We basically couldnt sleep and i had to go and find Bed bug spray. The Shower doesnt have a shower head its broken. Shwower doesnt flush properly. Bunk Beds had dirt all over the sides incl hair and blood stain . DONT stay with them. Unless you want bed bugs. Make sure you call hotels.com to get written confirm that hotel is clean and has aircon before booking Unelss you want to waste money for a back packers style palce. The only good feedback is the agent who came in was very Helpful and tried to assist as much as possible even with booking the next appartment for us and Taxi. He tried his best.

Great location

The location and apartment itself was great but when signing in we were promised to get 2 fans within a few hours but it got always delayed and we got the fans only on last night. We also booked a taxi to the airport because we wanted to have a baby safety seat as there was a baby travelling with us but as the taxi arrived it didnt have a safety seat.
