Hard to get into the building. When you are travelling without wifi the door is horrible and stressful. People you need to have wifi to open the doors. Rubbish really. Just give a key or passcode. It’s really quite stressful. Didn’t enjoy even though the room is beautiful. Too much work.

Room was clean and nice , however no staff was available. The check in had to be done by you, had to upload the passport info in the middle of the street, basically do it yourself. We asked for more towels but were brought in.

Amazing little gem with plenty of room

Amazing little place. The app setup didn't work at first with pictures, removing them allowed us to check in. The doors in the app to go in could be labeled better. But that's the nitpicky stuff, great big room, nice clean modern bathroom, AC, mini fridge and great location near the Dante Metro. The elevator is a godsend since walking up 2 flights of stairs (and they're big flights)

While the inside of the property is nice, certain times of the night around 10:30pm the lights would just completely shut off and not turn back on until morning which wasn’t convenient at all. The ac also would shut off in the middle of the night. The area does have a lot to do around it eating and shopping wise, so that was nice. A little noisy due to the area being popular with tourist and locals but the room was nice. Wish house keeping stopped in each day to clean but it’s ok

We booked 2 rooms. They were so beautiful but the air conditioning and lights kept turning off. At night it was so hot that woke us all night. I reported this to the host and he said he was going to send the technician. But did nothing. We stayed for two nights and housekeeping never cleaned the rooms. We ran out of toilet paper and had to go outside the room to get it.

The rooms were fabulous once you found them! The exterior was very run down and difficult to find as there is absolutely no signage whatsoever to tell you Antico Dimora - once you entered the miniature door into the courtyard then it got much better and then to the room even better - the check in process online was tricky because we had no WiFi. A code to get in would have been much easier.

Loved this property. Clean, quiet but a little bit hard to find. Make sure you get the email they send prior to getting there or you won’t have access to the doors and download the what’s app to communicate with them. So much to do in Naples and the taxis are right around the corner.

I can highly recommend this property if you want to be in the middle of everything. Shops and Restaurants are in walking distance. Metro station is closeby. 20 Minutes taxi ride from the Airport. The room was very modern, comfortable and clean. Online access to the building and room through the phone. We arrived late and reception was closed but no problem with the online access. I would stay there again!

This is a beautiful place to stay in the heart of Naples. It can be noisy from the street at times and entrance is a bit odd but once inside it is beautiful and very safe. Great location

The room felt very special and we felt like we were really in the heart of Naples. Liked the original building features like the doors and lifts. Very secure. It could just use something to identify the property at the on street entrance. Overall a fabulous place to stay.

Antica Dimora Pessina is a hidden gem! Getting in was straightforward, though it does require a charged phone for access. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained, adding to the overall charm. The vintage elevator was a delightful touch, giving it a unique character that truly sets it apart.
