The 1st room we had was on the top floor, everything was good until night came & then we had a loud drone noise all night long. Got no sleep at all. In the morning we told reception, they were very sorry & moved us to another room for the rest of our stay. (There was a pump on the roof that was broken)

I contacted them straight away to ask if the booking could be changed. 24 hours later they advised there was no availability on the alternative date so advised I would cancel the booking. The hotel charged me the full room rate and refused to offer any refund.
