We only spent one there. The unit was clean and comfortable. The entry door would not close all the way unless you locked it. The unit was chilly when we arrived. We could not figure out how to turn on the heat or raise the temperature. By morning the temperature inside the unit was down to 63...it was chilly. Overall the place was okay. Not sure I would go back. Lots of other options in the area that I would check out first.

They didn’t tell us we needed to pro actively ask for housekeeping when we checked in. We wondered why it wasn’t done and found out when we checked out. The bath tub flooded and had to pull out the plug for half a tub of water to drain. Made a very unpleasant shower.

Unique stay in Napa. The best part of the stay is the staff, incredibly kind and receptive. The property itself is a bit old, I found our rooms to be a 6/10. Bathroom was a bit dirty / old but rest of the room was okay. We stayed in a studio that's split, so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing, even if they're just walking around. That wasn't our favorite. You do get a dedicated parking spot in front of your "cottage" which is convenient. There's a lot of activities to do on the property but the surrounding area definitely needs a car to get to wineries and restaurants.

I was here on a work trip. Overall was fine and met my needs. My own complaint was that my floor was pretty dirty but everything else seemed pretty clean. The front desk said they would check in with me but never did. I like that it was very quiet here and I had my own kitchen.

The camp grounds were attractive. Our unit specifically was not advertised (by the third party site) as a studio, therefore we were misled to think we had a stovetop. The space was nice and had almost everything we needed, quite frankly. My only concern was a musty smell that prevailed even with the AC running. It was most noticeable when we returned to the property after our outings. But overall it was a nice accommodation. Staff had a contingency plan for late arrivals and it was hassle free.
