Clean place, looks to have been recently renovated. Bonus was having a room that actually had 2 separate rooms in the same Suite. Centrally located to anything you'll want to do in Napa, just not very fancy, hence the competetive pricing

We chose this property due to the affordability as most hotels around were very high. Room was basically clean, but there were several items very noticeable. Wasp nest in the front window, mold in the bathroom, holes in the window screens, bathroom door would not latch close. Very musty/old smell to the room.

The bungalow motel was not kept clean. The surroundings are filled with rubbish and dirt. Empty bottles on the planters carpets are so worn out and dusty. The bedsheets are clean but too worn out and grayish instead of being white. Good owners in front desk. The breakfast is not sufficiently clean. 1star

The furniture and paint were incredibly shop worn & photos completely misrepresented the actual room. The towels were worn and literally ragged and there were no toiletries except one measly thin soap to be used for everything. There was no coffee to be found anywhere or even nearby. It was not the get away I had hoped for, but more like a prison sentence that I had to endure!
