Napa Valley Hotel and Suit was conveniently located in Napa Downtown. Surrounded by good eatery and public free parking. Staff cleaned and provided clean towels in our room daily during our whole stay. I appreciate that a lot.

Lovely hotel right in downtown Napa. We walked all over the place and barely used our rental car. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The towels were lovely and we had a different configuration every day. It was our guessing game! Do we get wash clothes today? No! But we managed just fine. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Napa!

Hotel in great location but it needs more attention in the cleaning department and updates. Tub was clogged so everytime you took shower it was like showering in a pool. Toilet had dirt inside bowl which a good scrub would have removed it. Staff was friendly.

This hotel is all about location. You are in downtown and can walk anywhere around downtown you want to explore. This hotel and the room is no frills, the best and cleanest part of the room was the bed. Parking is limited but there is parking on the streets as well. You get what you pay for and this is among the most affordable hotels in Napa. The staff are excellent-everyone is super friendly and helpful.

Gary was so nice!!!! However, the room was very dirty and poorly maintained. Additionally, I was charged an undisclosed fee from my deposit. Though it was a small amount, it felt very dishonest and sneaky. I did not receive any communication, verbal nor written, upon check out that informed me I’d be charged an additional fee. I left the room very clean, considering its initial condition, and did not cause any disturbances. I will be disputing with my credit card.

Good for the price. Easy to get to everything in the downtown Napa area without having to drive. Easy parking situation, although first come first served, so if it’s busy that may be more of a problem. The property was very loud and the walls were thin so you heard all other guests and people on the street and in the parking lot.

Would Not Recommend – Better Options Nearby

Upon arrival, I noticed the lobby had a noticeable odor of marijuana. The front desk associate was visibly distracted, playing video games and eating pizza during check-in, which came across as unprofessional. The property itself appears to be an older motel that has been repainted and rebranded as a hotel. The restrooms are outdated, and the carpet appears worn and unclean. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It may be worth spending a bit more for accommodations that offer a cleaner and more professional environment. The only plus is the location. You are one block away from downtown.

We were unable to cancel due to a delayed flight and inability to make the reservation. Staff were very unaccommodating, as was Expedia who attempted to cancel for us and they would not. Very disappointing
