The hotel is fine, but unfortunately during this family vacation where we stayed in 4 rooms for 4 nights, we were never informed that the hotel was undergoing renovation and that there would be an enormous amount of noise in the rooms all day long. That is the main reason for the rating we’re giving. When we complained, they told us it wasn’t important to them because the hotel was going to change its name anyway. Customers should not be deceived like this. I find the situation extremely unfortunate. If we knew about this, we would have never stayed there. The breakfast, on the other hand, is the worst in the world. The facilities are good and the rooms are good.

Stay was subpar, refinery did not match the price we paid. In the morning we went to the breakfast Buffett and gave out room number, they told us our stay came with breakfast. Slightly elevated continental breakfast. When we returned home, they charged us $75 for breakfast saying it was completely. The staff I spoke to about it was rude and aggressive with me like I was supposed to know that a month ago their company changed their policy?? No pricing was anywhere to be found. And even when we checked in the staff said absolutely no word about it other than “beyond the white tent, breakfast will be served”.
