When my husband & arrived at the property, the front door was locked & the directions we were supposed to receive for check in were never sent. I called the numbers for help & no one answered, I left a message on both numbers & also texted. My husband I were standing outside in the cold & no one to greet us, no one to welcome us. We waited 25 minutes & finally left. I finally called the number again & was able to reach a woman & I asked her why nobody was there to allow us in, she started arguing with me & hung up on me, twice! Very disappointed & very upset. We had to find another hotel to stay, luckily we were able to find a room as it was the day after Thanksgiving! Also the parking situation is very poorly designed! The whole experience ruined our weekend! Will never use this property again!

We had such a lovely stay here! We had the starry night room and upon arrival everything was spotless and Amvic, the innkeeper was an absolute gem! Breakfast in the morning was delicious and I would absolutely recommend a stay at the Cabernet House/ Old world inn.

We particularly enjoyed the "old world charm" of the Cabernet House. The host was very gracious, the location is great, and the bed very comfortable. The breakfasts were extraordinary and it was great fun dining at a community table and meeting people from around the world. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

The property is beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We were only a few blocks from downtown Napa so the location was great, with on premises free parking. This was a great place to stay.

What a lovely gem we found on an unplanned trip to Napa! The Old World Inn is a clean and beautiful traditional B&B with welcoming hosts who kept us well informed and well fed! The homes were charming, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding and filling. Lovely grounds outside to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. We did both! I look forward to visiting again.
