Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel has tons of potential but is disappointing. The setting is amazing. The landscaping is beautiful but everything else was subpar. The breakfast is cereal, cold muffins and yogurt. Cleaning staff is friendly but hotel staff is no where to be found. Checkin and checkout is done with cleaning staff. Room could use some upkeep and maintenance. For the very high price they charge no worth it at all.
