Wolf range and oven, Miele dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and pods, Sonos music system, expanded cable, Smart TV’s and WiFi. Beautifully tiled bathroom, oversized shower with perpetual hot water system. Full pull out custom sofa with plush mattress. Washer and dryer. All essential toiletries, dish washer and laundry detergent included. 2-beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Outdoor gas grille and teak dining patio. Private privet, landscaping and fence surround the property.

The house is very attractive inside and out. It is comfortable, modern and full of windows. We did not give it 5 stars because it is starting to show a few signs of usage but it is still very clean. It's in a perfect location to walk to downtown, and has 2 public parks nearby. Perfect for 2 people....sleep sofa is good for children, or a younger adult. We had our small dog and there were no problems with anything related to a behaved pet being there. There is one parking spot by the side and front doors. The area is very quite and relaxing. Yard is pretty, private enough and is as picture shows. Overall a nice rental!

The place was beautiful. More than my expectations. The location was perfect, my husband and I walked every where. Unfortunately, it was very windy or we would have rented bikes but honestly we didn’t need to. The host was very responsive with all my questions. We can’t wait to come back.
