One of a kind property on Nantucket. Custom built house on a professionally designed acre+ of land on Nantucket in the town district. House (3280 sq. ft.) has large gourmet kitchen, beautiful living room with fireplace, large first floor primary bedroom with king bed and 3 large bedrooms on the second floor- one king, one queen and two twins. Full lower level family room, with queen bed, wet bar, full bath, and large TV, game room. There is a wrap around farmers porch off the living room.

15x30 ft heated swimming pool with large spa and fire pit. Pool has an auto-cover for safety.

Ample parking for 3 cars.

The house is set back from the dead end street and reached by a winding driveway through a wooded area. Wonderful safe play areas for kids and comfortable deck and patios for adults.

Family Time

This property was perfect for our family get to together in Nantucket. Quiet, gorgeous pool, the grandkids and adults loved that it was heated. Great layout for grandkid napping and yet able to still gather separately in the house for conversation. We loved it!!!

We had a great stay at the Blue Crab spanning three generations of our family. Sharon was a pleasure to work with and very responsive to all of my questions leading up to and during our stay. The outdoor space was fantastic and we spent many hours in the pool. Great location close to town but away from the masses.

Amazing weekend in Nantucket

The house was perfect! Sharon was such an amazing host. And was always available if we needed her. The house is gorgeous and the pool and firepit were amazing amenities. We had the best weekend in Nantucket!!

A gem of a property!

We had a great stay. The house was perfectly located. We could bike to town, but was in a quiet area. The pool was amazing. So great for guests of all ages, our kids loved it. The house was clean and had all the necessities. It was an easy, comfortable, great stay. The owner was super responsive to any messages we sent. Would definitely recommend!

Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation in this beautiful home. Plenty of room for nine people. The pool and outdoor fire pit were a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked. We grilled and cooked dinner every night. Fun stay!

A nice rental

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay at 28 Dukes Road. We enjoyed the lovely outdoor furniture and pool area. The house was in a quiet location and had beautiful greenery on the grounds itself and in the surrounding area. The house was a solid 20 minute walk into town, so bikes and a car felt necessary. The house has a lived-in feel and the decor could use a refresh, but it was a clean and comfortable place. Of note would be that the bed in the basement is a pull out bed that is functional, but not the most comfortable sleeping arrangement for adults. The central A/C did work and there were additional window units throughout the house, but at times it was a struggle to get the house to cool down, especially upstairs and in the basement. We would recommend that the owners see if there is a better wifi solution as there were dead areas within and immediately surrounding the house, and we would encourage them to invest in new linens and towels. Dukes Road is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Nantucket.

location,location,location

perfect home to enjoy Nantucket. There were 8 adults and 8 children 9 and under. The home was perfect for all of us. It is close to everything and the bike path is at the end of the street. We had a wonderful and memorable vacation . We will return next year
