建議訂房頁面上標註一下是雅房或是無窗房。訂房時疏忽掉"共用浴室 (客房內有洗手台)"這行字，共用衛浴的部分在1樓，房間在2樓，要上下跑來跑去。公共區域沒有冷氣的情況下洗完澡就又滿身汗了。除此之外，空氣對流也不太好，環境濕度很高。洗手台是三間雅房共同使用，不是客房內有洗手台。 雖然有空氣清淨機但就是沒有除濕機。空氣清淨機運轉聲頗大，房間內的空調進風口也有一層灰塵。 隔音沒有很好，淺眠者要有心理準備。 一大早不到8點房務人員就已經在打掃，樓上或是隔壁吸塵器一直來回敲到地板然後還有開關門的聲音很大聲。掃得很認真但是晚上在房間看到小隻的小強在房間裡面。共用衛浴在一早房客還沒完全退房完全的情況下整間溼答答在打掃，連上廁所都有困難。 停車的部分有一部份車位(至少五格)是需要收費100元，並非完全免費。 入住到退房除了打掃清潔的人以外，幾乎不會見到其他旅宿的人員。要入住需透過line跟線上人員核對資料後，才給房號。或是透過他們line或官網訂房會有一個QRcode可以在門口辦理自助入住。 整體而言比較像是一間工作人員都是極度I人的民宿。

雖然公共空間有點凌亂，但不影響居住環境，房內設施與氣氛整體體驗蠻好的，稍嫌不足的地方是，空調為中央空調無法調整，睡到一半有點熱，以及隔音不太好，早上打掃人員的聲音很明顯。雖是智能辦理入住，但線上客服回應速度很快👍

人的態度與旅店反差極大

住宿的房間很好沒有什麼問題.但是千萬別一不小心貪便宜住到2樓小間的房間，是既沒有窗也沒有廁所浴室，就只有一張雙人床和床邊小桌沒了！讓人看了會當場傻眼的房間！除非你的住宿目的就是要便宜，上廁所洗澡洗手你就出門下樓到1樓去使用也行！ 我們住的房間非常正常很好不錯，櫃檯小姐待人親切熱誠，但是晚間的客服人員先生態度極差極差極差！大致上是一間很年輕化的智能旅店,應該會是受大家喜愛的.

服務不佳，隔音不佳，空氣異味!

晚班櫃檯先生面無表情，好像打擾到他一樣，完全沒有服務熱忱。公共設施區似乎是櫃檯人員的私有區，很不方便也很不友善使用。 完全密閉的建築，空氣很難流通換氣，雖有清淨機在樓梯運作，但對外窗戶緊閉，整體室內空氣又悶又有異味，尤其是房間內悶得很不舒服。 最後跟很多旅店一樣的問題，隔音很差，如果遇到家庭有小孩的，那就很痛苦了。
