Large, cozy house near the city center

We rent our house that we occupy all year round and that we like very much. It is large and warm and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people (see + with mattresses). It is located in Nantes, in a very quiet residential area, and has local shops: bakery, butcher, market (on Wednesdays), tobacconist/press, pizzeria, supermarket (Liddle/Super U)... The house has a sunny garden (South West) and a barbecue. It is very well connected to the hyper center thanks to the Tram1 or Bus C1 (15/20 mn journey). It is perfect for a long or short stay to enjoy our beautiful city of Nantes and its surroundings, while being quiet.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace. A kitchen is outfitted with an oven, a stovetop, and a dishwasher. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Grande maison pouvant accueillir notre groupe de 9 adultes dans 6 chambres pendant la semaine de la Saint-Sylvestre.Proche d'une station de tram (gratuit le week-end), donc facilement accessible.On a apprécié le calme, les espaces, les 2 salles de bain et les 3 WC.Vu le temps froid, on n'a pas profité du jardin.
