Le Sully is situated on the 3rd and 4th floors (accessible by lift).
This accommodation can sleep up to six guests; it has two separate entrances and two sleeping areas, each with a shower room and toilet on their respective landings. It comprises a large living area with a lounge and dining room opening onto a spacious terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, which also opens onto a terrace. You’ll be able to enjoy the wonderful natural light provided by this dual-aspect property. The Sully flat offers all the comforts you need to explore our city, whether you’re here on business or for leisure.

Neighbourhood:
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market. The building is next to an organic grocery shop, a supermarket and a bakery.
Talensac market is 800 metres away, a 10-minute walk. Rue Maréchal Joffre, which has a good number of shops (wine shop, takeaways, bakery), is a 5-minute walk away.
You can easily reach Île de Versailles and the Cours Saint André, and take a stroll along the River Erdre to discover relaxing spots that will delight young and old alike.

Transport:
- By car: A locked garage in the private courtyard of the block of flats, 2m high, 2.30m wide and 10m long. The garage is difficult to access; you will need to manoeuvre and reverse into it.
- Nearest railway station: Gare Nord, about 20 minutes by bus
- Nearest airport: 25 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in about 20 minutes
- Bus route C6 is just a few metres away
- The nearest tram stop is Saint Mihiel on line 2, a 5-minute walk away, across the bridge at the end of the street.

You will be met on site by a member of our team who will show you round the flat, explain how everything works and hand over the keys.
