Located on the 3rd floor (no lift) of a contemporary building, it consists of a pretty living room, an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, an office room, a bathroom. The ingenious offers you all the comfort to discover our city, for a professional or tourist stay.

Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The apartment is well located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit close to all the essential shops but also to shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking space in the basement of the apartment, however access to the basement is not easy to access, maximum height 1m90.

- Nearest train station : about 20 minutes by public transport
- Nearest airport : 16 minutes by car, 45 minutes by public transport
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle and reach the airport in about twenty minutes
- Bus line 10, 11, 23 Zola stop two minutes walk
- Tramway line 1 Egalité stop about ten minutes on foot
