Knot Workin - Floating House on Lake Cumberland

Summary:

The perfect family getaway! We offer 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a loft with 3 queen size beds, and 1 full bath. Enjoy relaxing on the large attached private patio or maybe even doing a little fishing. If you have a boat (up to 27ft), you can tie off to the house and never take your boat back out of the water for your entire stay. If you don't have a boat, you can rent one on site from Lake Cumberland Marina. We have Starlink high speed internet/wi-fi & TV for downtime after a day on the water. This is truly a unique and exciting way to experience lake life at its finest. Come and enjoy an absolutely amazing and memorable experience!



The Space:

You will receive a code to a lockbox for the keys to the property. The address will take you to a huge parking lot with plenty of parking including boat trailer parking. There is a private entrance with a gate to get to Floathouzz on the dock. There is on site security after hours to ensure safety and security of our Floathouzz Community. There is a communal bath house if needed along with extra bathrooms. You can launch your boat at the dock and tie up directly to the patio of your Floathouzz!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the Floathouzz, the boat ramp, boat parking in front of Floathouzz and a communal bathhouse with extra bathrooms and showers.



The Neighborhood:

This is a private on water Floating House community located near Lake Cumberland Marina off Alligator 1 Boat Ramp in Russell Springs KY. This is the first of it's kind and one of the only on water stays on Lake Cumberland with the most unique lake stay opportunity.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of other stores/restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

Lifejackets are located in a storage box on the patio. TVs are located in the living room, master bedroom, & the loft bedroom The Floathouzz is equipped with 2 fishing kayaks, fishing poles & a tacklebox for your use. We have also included coffee, K-cups, tea, sugar & creamer for your convenience.



Interaction with Guests:

We have some on site staff in the event you need anything. Security is around at night and can assist with golf cart rides if needed as well.
