Need an email with a code to open the lock box to obtain room key. I had to wait for another patron to open the box to get mine. The emailed code arrived 2 hours after I moved in. It was warm so we opened the windows only to be smothered by cigarette smoke from below. We could not park the car in the garage without the keys in the lock box. There’s a gas station in front with coffee, pastries, and essentials. Very small rooms. Had to open luggage on the floor which blew out my back. No ice. Half hour walk to Sqare, restaurants, markets.

Not reliable

I was left at the door when I arrived to the property. Nobody answered the phone and I could not get the key. I had to find another place to stay. They sent the codes to get the key 2 hours after my call and then charged me for the unused night. Was I supposed to sit on the stairs of the property during 2 hours, not knowing if they would contact me or not ?

Clean and basic in quit neigherborhood

Clean and basic. Small kitchen, but ok. Check in was fine, but a bit unpersonal since it was done by code. Quiet area of the town.

Correct mais mauvaise communication

L'hÎtel est correct et plutÎt bien placé. Un Leclerc ''contact'' juste a cÎté pour dépanner quelques courses. Le centre ville pas trop loin. En revanche quand une famille demande un lit bébé c'est qu'elle en a besoin. On nous a proposé un simple matelas ce qui n'est pas possible avec notre fille de 18 mois. Pour une nuit de sommeil on repassera. Dommage, le reste était plutÎt correct.

Le sejour ne s'est pas fait a cause d'une panne de train et TGV raté. L'établissement est inhumain.Ne veulent pas rembourser ni meme reporter mon sejour ( 5 jours ). Les nuits etaient non remboursable mais là,c'est un cas particulier !!! Je ne réserverais plus chez eux et je vous le déconseille.Anti-commercial. A FUIR
