오래된 느낌은 있습니다. 단지 그런 이야기를 언급하는 후기나 블로그 글을 보고서 처음에는 망설일지 모르겠습니다. 하지만 하루이틀 남원에서 쉬어가는 장소로는 아쉬움이 없습니다. 끝쪽에 배치된 편리한 화장실, 대로변이지만 이중창덕분에 조용한 숙소, 친철한 직원들! 켄싱턴이 주는 추억을 시작해 보세요.

아직 첫돌이 되지 않은 쌍둥이들과 첫 여행으로 구례 산수유마을에 방문하기로 했습니다. 아무래도 구례 부근보다는 교통과 시내권역의 편의성 때문에 남원을 선택했고 켄싱턴 남원을 숙소로 정했습니다. 체크인하는 날 아기랑 같이 온 것을 본 직원 2분(이름이 정확히 기억나지는 않지만 이종무?우? 최유빈?)께서 짐 옮기는것 부터 시작하여 객실 업그레이드까지 해주셔서 만족스러웠습니다. 3박 하는 동안 시설면에서는 조금 앤틱한? 느낌이었습니다. 낡긴 했어도 리모델링은 깔끔하게 된 느낌? 요천을 끼고 있는 숙소위치도 좋았고 남원 시내를 즐기기도 더 없는 위치였습니다. 총평을 하자면 시설은 사람마다 아쉬움이 있을 수 있지만 스태프들로 인해 모든 것이 해결되는 숙소였습니다. 만나는 직원들마다 다 표정이 밝았어요! 행복한 가족여행을 원한다면 켄싱턴 남원 추천합니다!

객실이 너무 노후화되어 있어요 장판은 탄자국이 선명하고 세면대에서는 파이프가 빠져서 물이 줄줄 새고 화장실은 완전 여관급...객실 바닥은 엄청 뜨거운데 웃풍이 엄청 세서 잠을 자기 힘들었어요.. 오래된 숙소 냄새가 있어서 방향제를 세게 뿌려놨는데 그것도 머리가 아프구요... 켄싱턴 이름만 보고 갔다가 완전 실망...돈이 너무 아까워요

가족과 여행갔는데 방의 상태가 정말 최악이었습니다. 위치적으로는 좋았지만 화장실 배수가 전혀되지 않았습니다. 수영장에서 샤워를 하는 듯 물이 바닥에 가득했고 찝찝함에 숙박하고 나왔습니다. 양치는 당연히 싱크대에서 할수 밖에 없었어요. 다시는 안갈 것입니다.
