Lovely summer house, completely refurbished in 2025 with a new kitchen and bathroom, new furniture, and a 240 V charger for electric cars. Just a short walk from the beach and boasting a large, beautiful garden, this summer house invites you to pure relaxation.
Inside, you’ll find a kitchen equipped with an espresso machine, flowing into a spacious dining area and a cozy living room, the true gathering point of the house.
There are three large, comfortable bedrooms with double beds and plenty of closet space, as well as a brand-new bathroom.
The house also features table football and various games, and the garden offers a fire pit, a swing set, and a lovely south-facing terrace for those bright summer evenings as well as an ice bath and a brand new 4-person sauna for those cold days
