Not As Good As The First Trip

Had to wait over 20-minutes, while room was prepared, even though we arrived well after the 2 PM check in time. Asked front desk to call for taxi for 5PM, but when we arrived in the lobby at 4:58 PM then the front desk called for a taxi. The shampoo, body gel and hand soap dispensers work fine - however the body lotion dispenser works very poorly (had the same issue during the last stay a month ago). The bellhop and parking attendant were very pleasant and helpful and the housekeeping staff do a great job cleaning the room. Most of the reception personnel were welcoming and cheerful. Please cook the bacon fully at the breakfast buffet, I wasn’t sure the bacon was edible as it looked almost raw (recommend crispy bacon or at least the option to order crispy bacon). The made to order egg station is lovely, as are the fresh juices and local Thai dishes.

We were met at the hotel entrance with kind welcome and happy staff, quick check in, front desk accommodated request for room change to lower floor, easy and close parking garage parking with helpful attendant, clean and quiet room, convenient access from hotel to shopping at Terminal 21, excellent breakfast buffet.

If you're planning a stay in Korat this is the hotel to stay at. It offeres everything you'll need for an enjoyable stay. Restaurant and shopping centre underneath the hotel. We had a brilliantly stay. Bed so comfortable too. 2 great nights sleep.

Hotel centre point is our go to hotel in Korat. We always enjoy staying there. Only 2 small points which could be changed 1) no alcohol was available for room service , the reason given was there are schools near by , but it was 23:00 and come on would children actually be booking a hotel room ? 2) TV has many stations German French Italian Oman Qatar UAE etc etc etc but no CNN or BBC ;(
