Very nice hotel — I would definitely stay here again if I return to Nakatsugawa. The staff were kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and having access to an onsen was a real plus. A very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Lovely modern hotel, amazing staff and central location in Nakatsugawa and walking distance to the station. Perfect stay to explore Nakasendo trail. Room is compact but functional, onsen in the hotel great to unwind after a good hike. All staff I dealt with were cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here on a two night visit to the Nakasendo Trail and Atera Valley, and had a great experience. The hotel had a very welcoming staff, clean and comfortable rooms, a lovely breakfast, and also a great shared bath. It’s was convenient to walk with our luggage from the station, and close to various places to eat. Highly recommended!

The breakfast is worth it. The room we had booked was a bit small and the windows of neighboring building look right into the room, so there wasn't much privacy unless the dark curtains were drawn. Otherwise, great place to stay on a cozy street.
