Fantastic camp just an uber ride away from the National Park. Excellent security on the front gate and once inside you enter a wonderful camp with fantastic grounds, great facilities and wonderful staff who couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The dinner and breakfast were excellent in lovely surroundings. We will be returning for our next trip to Nairobi!

We also enjoy the opportunity to stay at the Wildebeest Eco Camp. It is like being at a resort without leaving Nairobi. We love the tents and the grounds. The experience is refreshing, and the staff are great.

I had a wonderful comfortable room with ensuite. It was quiet and clean, the staff were very friendly. There is a driver if you want to go on any tours. The breakfast was lovely, there was no buffet as it was low season, but an al a carte menu and snack menu were available. I just found the place so relaxing with amazing gardens and wildlife, I loved that it wasn’t busy.

Peaceful oasis in Karen district. Beautiful gardens, lovely tent. Great fixed price buffet supper and breakfast. Very good value for money. Some times of year school parties visit but they're out during day and catering staff still excellent despite the numbers.

We often stay at Wildebeest due to its friendly staff, fun rooms, and great location. Perfect spot to base yourself from when checking out Sheldrick’s and Giraffe Center and Nairobi National Park.

A lovely place. It has a real focus on families and backpackers. The buffet dinner is secreted with everyone in the camp at the same time. You all sit down and eat together. This is nice because you get to meet new people, but limits your flexibility.

I stayed in a basic one bed tent with shared bathroom and really enjoyed my stay at wildebeest which is very good value for money. The lodge is very safe and clean and a little way out of the city centre which is easily reachable by taxi. Galleria Mall is only 3km away with a good choice of restaurants and shops. The setting is very relaxing and tranquil and it is a good place to unwind before or after a safari or to avoid the hustle of the city centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. Evening buffet is very good value for money with good home cooked food. I will definitely stay here again when I next visit Nairobi and would recommend Wildebeest Eco Lodge to other travellers.

A unique and charming experience. The property was well-maintained, and the food was delicious!! The only negative aspect of our stay was that the mattress was very hard—a pillowtop cover on the mattress might help. Also, around midnight, there was a loud bang from the nearby road, and about 20 dogs started barking. This was disconcerting for feeling safe at night, as was the sound from the loud vehicles playing music most of the night. There's not much the property owners can do about being close to the bypass, but it's just something for guests to consider when booking where they want to stay on the property. The tents closer to the restaurant might be quieter.

Vi bodde på et Deluxe tomannsrom. ​Dette er en utrolig flott og nydelig plass som oppleves som en grønn oase. Eiendommen har et flott bassengområde og et koselig lite tjern som skaper en herlig atmosfære. Selv om vi dessverre ikke fikk tid til å bruke bassenget selv, så det veldig innbydende ut. ​Restauranten og spiseområdet ligger idyllisk til rett over tjernet, noe som gjorde måltidene ekstra koselige. Vi fikk servert veldig god mat og drikke her. Det eneste lille minuset på drikkefronten var at cocktailene var litt i det sterkeste laget for vår smak. ​Personellet fortjener ellers stor skryt – de er utrolig imøtekommende, serviceinnstilte og gjorde sitt ytterste for at vi skulle ha et fint opphold. ​Deluxe-rommet vårt var både stort og fint, men vi har et par små innspill til forbedringer: Vi skulle gjerne hatt et ekstra speil ute i selve rommet. I tillegg hadde det etter vår smak vært bedre med en hel, vanlig dør inn til badet, i stedet for den frostede glassdøren som er der i dag. ​Alt i alt en herlig plass som absolutt kan anbefales!
