Staff- During checking, the host did not show us all the amenities. It gets too HOT at night, in the morning the builders are drilling which is very loud. Room- is spacious but there is an extra charge for cleaning. Security team are impressive, safe location.

This was my first time staying in Nairobi, and overall I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment at Purple Haze was beautiful, very clean, well organized, and located in a quiet and peaceful area. The surroundings were lovely, and everything inside the apartment felt well thought out and comfortable. Communication was also excellent — if you need anything, you can simply text or use WhatsApp, and they respond quickly, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the cleaning policy. Cleaning is not included, and you have to pay $20 every time you request cleaning. Even basic items like fresh towels come with an extra charge. Because of this, if you’re staying more than three or four days, it may not feel cost-effective. Aside from that, everything else was perfect, and I had a pleasant stay overall.

Property was safe and clean. The one thing that did not meet expectations was the lack of a washer and dryer. It was one of the requirements and was lacking.

Prison a ciel ouvert.

Mon séjour a été horrible dans ce beau cadre idyllique. Ils ne communiquent qu’une fois le paiement fait sur les restrictions. Et il y’en a un paquet. C’est en arrivant que je découvre qu’il faut un deposit. Je ne l’ai pas vu avant de réserver dans les conditions. Mais aussi et surtout le clou des restrictions : plus aucune visite à partir de 22h dans votre appartement. Les invités présents plutôt sont priés de partir à 22h. Nombre de personnes invités restreint en fonction du type d’appartements. Bref autant de règles que vous découvrez une fois après avoir été prélevé de vos sous. Et aucun remboursement n’est possible ! Il serait bien de pouvoir afficher le règlement intérieur. Afin que le client sache où il mets les pieds et réserve en connaissance de cause et non ne tombe sur des surprises désagréables à son arrivée. J’oubliais également la contrainte de l ID de la personne qui visite même si cette dernière a une copie soft de son passeport sur son tel. Mémé quand on vient à la rencontre à la réception confirmer bien recevoir cette personne l’accès n’est pas autorisé.
