The hotel is in a very good location for walking into the city centre in 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel is situated in spacious grounds with a very well maintained gardens , ample car parking and a large clean pool . The staff were all very friendly and courteous and always had a smile on their face . The rooms are very clean and there are various eating places to enjoy a really extensive menu with great dishes . The prices are also very reasonable for a top hotel and the sports bar was efficiently run by Samuel and Evans. We were there for one week and it’s a must stay hotel if you are in Nairobi Elaine and Neil from England

The hotel is extremely clean and the staff generally friendly. The restaurant and lounge are well staffed by knowledgeable, even artistic, employees. The only disappointment was that we were unable to get extra bottled water from the front desk. "We dont do that" is not a phrase that I expect to hear at a top-notch hotel.

Hotel Boulevard, a good hotel

The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms are kept clean and stocked. Hot water shower was excellent. They could improve one thing, put some hand holds in the shower for safety.

Excellent rooms and restaurant. Very clean and comfortable. No aircon, fan only. The front rooms face on to the Expressway and main road so noisy if you want to open the windows in the evening/night to let cooler air into the room.
