Great rooms, horrendous check in.

Dreadful check in. Waited over 30 minutes with no queue procedure in place for the check in desks. Staff allow people to push in with no order and when I checked in I was asked to wait for my room key on the sofas only to be left waiting for another 20 minutes before I went to enquire again. This was really bad, especially arriving late after a long flight. The hotel however is beautiful and the rooms are perfect.

Staff goes out of their way and is very friendly and kind. I was at the gym and asked if the spa had honey, an odd request that I thought was unlikely to be fulfilled but thought it could be possible if they made tea with honey. They said they didn’t have honey, but then she took it upon herself to go to the restaurant and get me honey! Wow. Things like this happened several times in a 2-day stay. Very impressive level of service. Highly recommended.

Moderna, clean and safe hotel

We've stayed here twice. Both times for a brief layover. The first was only for a few hours and staff work us up early by mistake. We are satisfied how the management dealt with the issue. Regardless, the design of the flooring transmits noises from above very easily so in both our stays we could hear the people in the unit above us as they moved around. It didn't wake us up, but when we were awake it bothered us.
