This is a wonderful hotel to stay in Nairobi. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer lovely views of the city. What truly makes this hotel special is the exceptional staff, they are welcoming, attentive, and genuinely go the extra mile to ensure guests feel cared for. When I wasn’t feeling well, they thoughtfully provided room service, which I truly appreciated. The airport shuttle service is a great added benefit. The driver was friendly, helpful, and shared useful tips for enjoying my stay. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

Was a fantastic place for a night after landing late at the airport. Driver from the hotel met us at arrivals, even though we arrived after midnight. Rooms were huge and clean and the beds comfortable. Excellent shower too.

Everything was fine until you looked outside. The grounds are covered with construction debris. It’s sad because next to the hotel was a beautiful park with pond and walk way. The staff were very friendly and easy to work with. My traveling companions flight was 6 hours late, they let us keep the room past check out so she could sleep a little longer👍. Really nice grocery store and a shopping mall next to the hotel.

Airport shuttle is only free for one way. To return to the airport for the next leg of my flight I had to hire a driver. The food in the restaurant was mediocre and there were no convenient nearby alternatives. My advice. Spend the extra $30 and stay at one of the three really good hotels that are actually right next to the airport and offer free shuttle and quiet and good food.
