Rooms are nice and clean. Room lighting is great. However, unanswered customer service desk calls is very common. Seems they have very few staff. Sometimes checking in is very slow because of the one to two staff available at check-in. When tired from a long trip, this can be frustrating.

This is a five star hotel located in an industrial area. For a night or.two stay prior to or following a flight it is perfect. They have airport pickup and drop off services. Outside the grounds is a night club called the Tunnel. If you are a light sleeper, request a room over looking the pool. The breakfast buffett is great. The room rates are good value for the high quality of the hotel. Dining and drinks on the other hand are a little exoensive.....but what do you expect from a hotel of this quality.

We were pleasantly surprised to see the shuttle bus driver with a sign waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. The hotel is very clean and the staff were extremely friendly for our short stay. The price for the room was a bit cheaper than the other nearby hotels but just as luxurious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location just at the end of the airport road cant be beat and then use Uber and expressway to town. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Really were pleasant to be around. Place is new and not stressful. Will definitely be back.

We stayed there (2 adults and 2 children) for one night. The hotel was really nice. We used room service for dinner and it was really tasty. It had a big pool, though, shallow throughout. Very classy, overall. It was close to the airport, which was convenient but not close to anything else. It loses a star because we reserved a shuttle to the airport at 5:30 a.m., and despite us being ready to go 10 minutes early, the shuttle took another family instead and staff told us that we would have to wait for it to come back. It arrived back to take us at 5:50. This made us almost miss our flight as the airport got that much busier in the 20 minutes we were delayed and the lineups were miles long. We literally had to run to the gate and made it with seconds to spare. Not sure why they messed up so badly with their shuttle service.

We read reviews about the Argyle Hotel after making our booking. While the facility is new and stunning, and the staff is absolutely exceptional, the hotel has a significant issue with its food. Several reviewers mentioned cases of food poisoning. Since these reviews were posted 2–3 months before our visit, we assumed the hotel would have addressed the problem by then. Unfortunately, we were wrong. Upon arrival, my family refused to eat any cooked food from the hotel and opted for only tea and bread during breakfast. Wanting to prove them wrong, I tried the sausages and pancakes. Big mistake—I ended up with food poisoning that left me unwell for three days. We stayed at the hotel on three separate occasions: December 20, 2024, December 30, 2024, and January 5, 2025. After my experience during the first stay, we decided to order food from outside the hotel for the remaining two visits.

Fantastic airport hotel

Lovely hotel. Feels quite premium and is close to the airport. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only downside is that the AC wasn't working properly and the hotel was unable to fix it for us. At this standard of accommodation, I would expect the AC to work.

The hotel was lovely and so were the staff and the room was great, the problem is our side of the floor was near The Tunnel nightclub and we didn’t get any sleep as the music was so loud and went on until 5am! Shame, as I won’t stay again because of that.
