My stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. Upon entering, the lack of hygiene was immediately obvious—the bed sheets were stained, and there was a thick layer of dust on every surface. The bathroom was even worse, featuring moldy tiles, a leaky faucet, and a distinct, unpleasant odor that wouldn't go away. To make matters worse, the TV was completely non-functional, and despite multiple calls to the front desk, the staff showed zero urgency. Their poor service and dismissive attitude were incredibly frustrating. I highly recommend avoiding this place unless you enjoy filthy rooms and terrible customer care.
