The property is large, well managed, and sits in an excellent location with lovely views of Bhimtal Lake. The staff were polite and trustworthy, special thanks to Deepak and Kripal, who went above and beyond. Kripal’s cooking was a highlights everyone in our group enjoyed the meals. A few areas could use attention - bathroom fixtures need repair, several rugs are stained and should be replaced, and some furniture is dated and requires maintenance or renewal.
