3回ほど宿泊しましたが、チェックインにとても苦労しました。3回目の宿泊では、メール案内通りに操作してもチェックイン手続きが出来ず、2時間くらいかかりました。その間問い合わせ窓口もなく、宿泊するはずの部屋はもう他の宿泊者がおり困惑しました。 他の宿泊者から問い合わせ窓口の連絡先を聞くことができたのでなんとか宿泊することが出来ました。 チェックイン場所には問い合わせ連絡先などの表示などをお願いしたいです。

チェックイン・チェックアウトがわかりにくい、前の人の髪の毛が床やベッドに残っていた。また掃除機の中のゴミもたくさん残っていた。 設備はよかったが残念でした。
