Upstairs, the bright and spacious living area with a large-screen TV opens onto a sound-facing deck — perfect for watching the sunset melt into the water or for golfers in the distance. A well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table and a separate dining area makes gathering easy and relaxed.

You’ll enjoy access to the oceanfront clubhouse, which features a restaurant and lounge, pickleball courts, bathhouses, outdoor showers, and a community pool, and you can cruise over to the beach in minutes (don’t forget your golf cart). The Village Beach is scheduled to open May 18, 2026. Parking will be paid by the guest at time of check-in at the club. The cost of parking will vary between $10 - $25 per vehicle, per day depending on demand.
