This oceanside 6 bedroom Nags Head vacation home fronts the Beach Road (guests cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the beach). Enjoy your favorite book from the comfortable loft while enjoying beautiful ocean views. Watch the Outer Banks sunset over the sound from spacious decks overlooking your private pool or one of the two hot tubs - one on the top level front deck and one on the back deck. Spacious great room with wet bar and a beautiful custom kitchen. It doesn't get much better than this, you'll have No Regrets!

Comfortable, clean, welcoming and very family friendly...'No Regrets' has it all. Lots to do for kids of all ages inside and over 1,300 square feet of decking for outside activities and relaxation. Conveniences include complimentary WiFi, TV's throughout, 2 washer/dryers, and a highchair. The game room provides plenty of room for indoor entertainment and is equipped with a dart board, 2nd refrigerator, wet bar and microwave.

Outside, the 16' x 23' private pool features LED multi-color lights along with a basketball hoop and volleyball net. Additional outdoor amenities include two hot tubs, an outside shower and half bath in the pool area, plenty of pool loungers and outdoor seating, grills, fish cleaning table, two cornhole games, spike ball, hammock, swings, and picnic tables. When it's time to hit the beach, grab the umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, and toys.

Great time!

Beautiful property! About 200yds from the beach. The house is perfect for large parties or gatherings. It is well equipped. One ask is that the listing list the beach and yard toys, because we brought a cornhole set and they had 2 at the property. We brought spike ball, and they already had one. The property needs some minor maintenance, like a couple of the exterior door jams are swelled from water. The master shower creeks when someone is in it, enough to wake those on the second floor. The decks could use a sanding and refinishing to avoid splinters. These are all easily overlooked and we had a great time.

The whole trip I kept hearing “this house is so perfect, it has everything!” It really was perfect. From location, to cleanliness and ample space. The house was stocked with anything you’d need in the kitchen, by the pool and for the beach. The lighting that comes through the windows creates such a cozy environment. The house has a reading nook that overlooks the ocean and has sunlight shining through in the mornings. My 62 year old mother is going through a divorce with her high school sweetheart (my dad) so she’s having a really hard time but every morning that reading nook brought her so much peace and happiness. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home and for giving my mom that break from sadness and providing a peace and happiness she will cherish! 10/10 recommend this home!

We just ended our amazing week today and were so sorry it ended that I booked another week for next summer! The house is more than we expected it would be. The first thing that we noticed upon arriving was how clean it was and it even smelled clean. It’s well stocked with anything one could want, however we didn’t see dish towels for hand drying and one bathroom had no TP on the roll or anywhere. The house is tastefully furnished with plenty of room for 12 people and the beds are very comfortable. The pool was such a bonus and the outdoor shower and pool bathroom were so convenient. The location is ideal, not busy roads and quiet at night. The walk to the beach is very short with easy access. We had an issue with a broken door going to the outside and when we contacted the realtor after hours, they sent someone over the next day. We would all give this house a 10 and look forward to our week next year!
