Hello there! We wanted to share some feedback with you about our stay at the house. It seemed to us that the property is in need of some TLC. The grass was not cut, up to my knees. My dog had burs in her coat, especially when we had to cut through the grass to get to the road because the rain created a huge puddle at the base of the driveway. There was an old grill in the yard. It looked like it was broken at the base and there was steal jagged edges. That screams safety hazard to me. On the porch with the hot tub, there are two broken railing boards that need to be repaired. On the top porch, most of the boards are coming up. The table and chairs on that porch need to be pressure washed. The refrigerator and in most areas where there are sources of water such as; faucets, showers, dishwasher there was a very distinct smell of mildew. The water bottles we bought and put in the refrigerator smelled and tasted like mildew. It was super gross. There were clean dishes in the dishwasher when we got there. Not sure why they weren't put away prior to our arrival. The shower in the master suite on the second floor, the handle to regulate water temperature, easily came off in my hand. And it took us a bit to figure out how to make the shower happen. The carpet is also looking a little rough. It may be time to steam clean. It may be time to steam clean. The bead board going up the stairs needs some touch up paint as well.
