ごく普通の建て売り住宅をそのまま利用した宿で、バスルーム一つ、トイレは１階に１つ、２階にも１つです。洗面所は脱衣所と洗濯機置き場を兼ねているので、誰かが入浴していると使えません。 　住宅地なので周りは一般住宅が多いですが、徒歩圏内（駅周辺）にコンビニや飲食店があります。静かな住宅街なので、夜間や早朝にスーツケースをひいて歩くのはちょっと気が引ける感じでした。
