Room was clean and spacious, staff was polite and cleaning crew very thorough although they had trouble with both english and japanese. Didnt try the sauna but the gym was ok. The only thing i didnt like was the inconvenience of the elevators, lobby being on floor 24 and buffet in 7. Although it was nice the b1 was connected to the subway.
The view was astounding! Our room was great, clean, the decor of the lobby was absolutely gorgeous, and the location was excellent. It’s so nice to have a Family Mart on the basement floor for snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here in Nagoya and it was close to lots of attractions.

Liked: Amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room: Both my husband and my son woke up with bed bug bites in the morning.
Staff in breakfast: Polite but not accommodating. A simple request for eggs done to our preference was not accommodated
This was the most beautiful hotel we've stayed in! The lobby and common areas had an amazing view of the city. The ambience was so serene and calming. The sunrise view from our room was awesome. The room was clean and very well equipped. The hotel provided everything from cutlery (usually missing in most hotels) to a wireless speaker, to bath salts to even a coffee bean grinder. The only small complaint was that the space was very tight for a 3-single-bed configuration. The location was great too - Family Mart in the basement and plenty of shopping + eateries without even leaving the building. Would stay here again!
We booked this hotel last minute and had no expectations- when we got there we were blown away! Felt like a luxury hotel, big room, very nice staff with amazing English and the location is unbelievable! In the same building there’s a subway station and it’s close to everything
This is a typical Japanese hotel these days: heavy on style, light on substance. Call it a tourist bubble built on the yen’s weakness. The hotel for example offers a 3,850 yen breakfast. In yen terms, that’s an over-priced affair. Worse yet, the restaurant offered strange scrambled eggs (runny) and bad coffee — Nespresso (yikes!). You’d be better off looking for a place to eat outside the hotel.
Very close to shopping malls and the entrance of the building is within the underground station which makes it convenient.
Clean room and newly refurbished facilities, excellent city views from room as well as the lobby. Dark-style designs gives a tranquil feel.
However the hotel doesn’t have public bath, there is only a small-scale sauna. The bathtub of this hotel is also undersized.
I stay at this hotel often, perfect location in the middle of Sakai next to Oasis 21 and the Tower. The staff is very friendly, with a few members who speak very good English. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable with an amazing view of the city. This hotel is also located in the same building that host dozens of restaurants and cafes. On the 7th floor there’s an outside garden cafe with a great view of the city as well.
