Very good location. Clean and comfortable though the room, in particular the bathroom, is a bit cramped. Very environmentally friendly, too. I saw for the first time in hotels a box placed in the lobby for collection of old clothes. The hotel is probably aware that tourists usually bring along their old clothes to wear, so that they can throw them away afterwards to make room for new clothes bought during the trip.

The breakfast is delicious. The staff service is excellent, and the proximity to the transportation stations is wonderful. The only drawback is that only one washing machine was working, and it was always busy. However, everything else was excellent. I will definitely return.

Nice enough but so small you couldn’t walk past each other and bathroom built like a ship bathroom. Knees almost touch the floor when in toilet. Not for claustrophobics. Hot pot, but no tea or coffee provided.

Comfortable and convenient place to stay that is within easy walking distance of Nagoya station. The staff were friendly and really helpful. I would have no hesitation in staying there again in future. The buffet breakfast was great as well, similar to other branches of the hotel chain.
