The staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is good if from airport or go to airport. Just the apps show you the swimming pool and other function room which is not really included, you have to pay extra for access as they are not included in your booking.

Everything was excellent. Cleaner was so thorough and washed our Pyjamas everyday although they were out of sight. The only disappointment was the swimming pool is available only as part of spa access which costs 35000 yen per day on special.
