This is my second time stay on this hotel with my 4 yrs old niece & 70 yrs old mom. Very convenient, helpful staff, excellence breakfast, all famous nagoya food have been provide for breakfast.

We didn't get the hotel breakfast. The room was clean, and AC worked fine. The location was very convenient for a public transportation, and lots of delicious restaurants in the same building were very convenient. Definitely will stay here again.

Great location that is adjacent to Nagoya station as well as shopping and restaurants. If I may give one suggestion, I wish there was a coin laundry room in the hotel. The weather has been so hot and needed to change clothes twice a day. The laundry service is a bit pricey and I would rather do my own laundry instead of using the laundry service. Please consider.
